Package Your Gear
Carefully pack your unused components in their original retail packaging, ensuring all manuals and small parts are included to qualify for a refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians receive and inspect your gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
