What is the warranty period for Crankbrothers pedals?
Warranty periods vary by model: Eggbeater and Candy 1/2 models feature a 5-year warranty, while high-end models like the Mallet E or Stamp 11 often come with a 5-year guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship.
How do I find the right replacement cleats for my shoes?
All Crankbrothers clip-in pedals are compatible with our standard brass cleats. We offer different versions for varied release angles (10, 15, or 20 degrees) and specialized Easy Release cleats for beginners.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items in your cart.
What is your return policy for unused gear?
We accept returns on all new, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
How often should I service my pedals or dropper post?
For optimal performance, we recommend a basic service (cleaning and re-greasing) every 50-75 hours of ride time, and a full rebuild with a Refresh Kit once per season.
